This picture was taken probably a couple weeks before Arabella died. Look how swelled her face is!!! She was going to her dr regularly and I was going every single appointment. She was throwing up again, she had high protien in her urine, and her blood preasure was high several times, but not once durring all of this and her telling the dr's assistant, did the dr come in an look at Kaitlyn. If he had, the Arabella would probably be here. The nurses at uniontown hospital said she had the worst case of preclamsia they had EVER seen, and not once was preclamsia mentioned all those visits, all that throwing up, all that swelling. Kaitlyn could have even died and that is why we got a lawyer. We go in tomarow and sign papers with Medmal1 who is taking our case and said this is the worst preclamsia case he has ever covered. I sooo went back and fourth for these four months on wether to get a lawyer...but seeing pics like this.... a 19 year old almost dying and a baby's life lost because the dr had too many patients and didn't come in to see her. By us doing a medical malpractice suit, This probably won't happen again. Thats why we're doing this. We may never get anything but that dr will sure think twice before being sooo careless again.We printed out this pic, put all the pics and videos we had on a disk and are taking it all to the lawyers tomarow to hopefully build our case. If the baby died because of this, then the kids will get something for their pain and suffering and I think they disurve it.
